Mining, considered one of the major economic sources of India, has long been associated with numerous controversies. And still it is a great initiative of economic activity which has significant contributions to the Indian economy. थांदला. केंद्र सरकार द्वारा नोएडा -दिल्ली से बंबई के लिए 8 लेन एक्सप्रेस हाइवे मार्ग निर्माण की योजना स्वीकृत की गई है। इस मार्ग के बन जाने से दिल्ली-बम्बई की दूरी 200 किमी कम होगी।
मार्ग का प्रारंभिक हवाई सर्वे भी हो चुका है तो अब योजना को मूर्तरूप देने जमीनी सर्वे व निरीक्षण के लिए केंद्रीय निर्माण योजना के अधिकारी-कर्मचारी का निर्धारित मार्ग पर आगमन भी होने लगा है तो प्रशासनिक स्तर पर भी इस मार्ग पर आने वाली जमीनों के मुआवजे के प्रकरण बनाने के साथ ही दावा-आपत्ति की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो चुकी है। प्रशासनिक प्रक्रिया के शुरू होते ही जयस संगठन की पहल के साथ ग्रामीणजनों ने इस मार्ग निर्माण का विरोध भी शुरू कर दिया है। मार्ग निर्माण की दावे-आपत्ति के लिए प्रशासनिक स्तर पाए 21 अगस्त को विज्ञप्ति जारी की गई थी तथा 13 सितम्बर तक दावे-आपत्ति मांगे गए थे । गुरुवार को अंतिम दिन अनुविभागीय अधिकारी राजस्व थांदला के कार्यालय में क्षेत्र के 21 ग्राम पंचायतों के 39 गांवों के करीब 400 से अधिक ग्रामीणजन जय आदिवासी युवा शक्ति जयस संगठन के नेतृत्व में एसडीएम कार्यालय पहुंचे व सामूहिक रूप से एक्सप्रेस हाइवे मार्ग निर्माण का विरोध किया व अपनी आपत्ति दर्ज करवाई । ग्रामीणों ने अपनी आपत्ति में कुछ जजमेंट के रूलिंग का हवाला देते हुए लिखा कि हम भारत के संविधान का सम्मान करते है व संवैधानिक दायरे का उपयोग करते हुए पांचवी अनुसूची 244 ;1 अनुच्छेद 13 ;3 क समता जजमेंट आंध्रप्रदेश 11.07.1997 वेदांत जजमेंट 2011पी रम्मी रेडडी 14 जुलाई 198 8 के समस्त प्रवधानों को हमारे हितों में ध्यान रखते हुए हाइवे हेतु मेरी भूमि अधिग्रहण पर रोक लगाई जाए । Read more

सरायकेला : जिला मुख्यालय से 15 किलोमीटर दूर राजनगर प्रखंड के घोड़ाडीह गांव स्थित पहाड़ को क्रशर के लिए लीज में दिए जाने का विरोध करते हुए गुरुवार को धर्मा हेम्ब्रम की अध्यक्षता में ग्रामीणों ने आम सभा कर पहाड़ को लीज पर देने का जबरदस्त विरोध किया। आम सभा में सात गांव के लगभग पांच सौ ग्रामीण जुटे थे। सभी ग्रामीण पारंपरिक हथियार से लैस थे। ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि जान दे देंगे पर जमीन व पहाड़ नहीं देंगे। Read more
